Job Summary:

You will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory based on order specifications and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to pick lists or scanner.
  • Verify product codes and quantities before packing.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring no damage occurs during transit.
  • Stage orders for loading onto delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote Safety and efficiency.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment targets.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to a supervisor promptly.

Requirements:
  • Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
  • Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
