We are seeking an energetic and reliable Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Washington, D.C. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing hand-held scanners and following picking lists to locate and retrieve items from designated storage areas. Attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and maintain inventory accuracy. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our supply chain. Key Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse setting. Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to PPE guidelines is mandatory. Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible to work occasional overtime as needed.
