Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order requirements, using pick lists or scanning technology.
- Verify the correct items and quantities before proceeding to the packing station.
- Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, fillers, tape) to ensure product safety during transit.
- Pack orders neatly and securely, ensuring items are well-protected and presentation is professional.
- Apply shipping labels and any required documentation accurately to packages.
- Stage packed orders for shipment, organizing them by carrier or destination.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily picking and packing goals within established timeframes.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse duties is a strong asset.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability of Lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices and eagerness to learn new logistics procedures.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
