Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. Responsibilities include picking items from shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. This is a fast-paced environment requiring efficiency, precision, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe workspace. You must be comfortable with significant Lifting of items, and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential. Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics processes is beneficial. You will work collaboratively with a team to achieve daily targets and contribute to the overall success of our operations. Continuous improvement and adherence to company standards are expected. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders from designated locations.
  • Pack items with care to prevent damage during transit.
  • Stage orders for shipment.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment.
  • Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks.
  • Contribute to team goals and deadlines.
  • Perform required Lifting activities throughout the shift.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse operations is desirable.
  • Ability to perform continuous Lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and proper PPE usage.
  • Familiarity with Logistics and shipping procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
