Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated locations.
- Pack items with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Stage orders for shipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in inventory management tasks.
- Contribute to team goals and deadlines.
- Perform required Lifting activities throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse operations is desirable.
- Ability to perform continuous Lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper PPE usage.
- Familiarity with Logistics and shipping procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
