Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are actively recruiting Order Pickers for our state-of-the-art facility in Nashville, Tennessee. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately and efficiently fulfilling orders. Your responsibilities will include locating, picking, and preparing items for shipment, contributing directly to our logistics chain. We seek individuals who are meticulous, energetic, and dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment. This includes strict adherence to safety procedures, the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and employing safe Lifting techniques. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from various warehouse locations as per order requirements.
• Use handheld scanners to confirm picks and manage inventory.
• Pack selected items carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Organize and stage picked orders for timely shipment.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
• Adhere to all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Follow best practices for safe Lifting and material handling.
• Support the efficient flow of goods within the logistics process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long durations.
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
• Commitment to safety and willingness to use PPE.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
