Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for picking products from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items based on order fulfillment requirements.
• Verify product details and quantities before packing.
• Pack items carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
• Apply shipping labels and ensure all necessary paperwork is included.
• Operate hand-held scanners for inventory tracking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
• Report any order discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
• Follow all company safety policies and use required PPE.
• Meet or exceed daily fulfillment quotas.
• Support overall warehouse and logistics operations as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fulfillment, picking, packing, or warehouse role is a plus.
• Ability to perform moderate lifting, up to 35 lbs.
• High level of attention to detail for accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and basic logistics.
• Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
