Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders using RF scanners.
- Verify item numbers and quantities against order details.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Ensure all required items are included in each order.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain tidiness and organization in your work station.
- Follow all safety protocols, including correct use of PPE.
- Report any stock issues or damages immediately.
- Meet productivity goals for picking and packing.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
