- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order fulfillment requirements.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels on shelves through careful handling.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals within our logistics network.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good manual dexterity and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
