Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing a wide range of products for shipment. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from inventory shelves based on customer orders.
• Pack items with care to ensure they arrive at their destination undamaged.
• Prepare shipments for carriers, including labeling and documentation.
• Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks to move inventory.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, with a mandatory focus on PPE.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment targets and overall logistics goals.
• Perform tasks involving moderate Lifting (up to 45 lbs) throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including regular Lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
• Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
