Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect items for quality and ensure correct product is selected.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including proper packaging and labeling.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
• Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
• Wear designated PPE at all times within the operational area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
• Contribute to process improvements within the fulfillment center.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Understanding of warehouse logistics and order fulfillment processes.
• Knowledge of general warehouse safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills.
