Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using an RF scanner.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order pick lists and shipping labels.
- Proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Must be able to perform physical labor, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
