Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced logistics operations as a Fulfillment Associate in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is central to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with accuracy and speed. Key duties include utilizing a handheld scanner to locate items, carefully picking products from shelves, assembling orders, and ensuring all items are correctly packed according to customer specifications. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is paramount. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working in a team-oriented setting. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, requiring the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all lifting guidelines. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using an RF scanner.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Verify order accuracy before shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
  • Assist with inventory counts and checks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand order pick lists and shipping labels.
  • Proficiency with handheld scanners.
  • Must be able to perform physical labor, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
