Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
- Unload delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Document any discrepancies or damages found on incoming goods.
- Pick, pack, and stage outgoing orders for shipment accurately.
- Prepare shipping labels and necessary documentation for all outbound logistics.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and proficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse setting is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability for physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workplace Safety.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
