Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log all incoming shipments.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including accurate documentation and packaging.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure the loading dock and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Proper use of required PPE at all times.
- Support the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or a related warehouse role.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems.
- Ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting (up to 60 lbs).
- Strong understanding of logistics principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe work environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
