Responsibilities:
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory data in the WMS.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or overages.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of inventory.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve inventory accuracy.
- Identify and report damaged or expired stock.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives for inventory management.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Capable of occasional Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse logistics.
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory tracking tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory best practices.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to perform tasks including some Lifting.
