Picker/Packer

Job Summary:

This role is a key component of our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive the correct products in excellent condition. You will utilize RF scanners and work diligently to meet productivity and quality standards. Safety is a non-negotiable aspect of our workplace; mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to all Safety regulations are required. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from inventory based on order lists and RF scanner data.
• Inspect picked items for quality and damage.
• Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
• Label packages correctly for shipping.
• Stage packed orders for outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Follow all company Safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in picking and packing or warehouse roles preferred.
• Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Commitment to following all Safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
• Understanding of Logistics and order fulfillment processes.
