Your primary responsibilities will involve accurately picking products from inventory and preparing them for shipment to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick assigned items from warehouse stock locations using order sheets or scanners.
- Package products securely and appropriately for transit, minimizing damage.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Participate in inventory control activities as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Physical capacity to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts as needed.
