Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Package orders securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Apply shipping labels and any required documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including RF scanners and potentially pallet jacks.
- Ensure workstation and surrounding areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming goods.
- Conduct cycle counts and participate in inventory verification processes.
- Comply with all company safety standards, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Support the overall logistics goals by completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or a related logistics field is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and correct PPE usage.
