Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect items for damage before packing to ensure quality.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages with shipping information accurately.
- Stage completed orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding warehouse area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues with products to supervisors.
- Follow proper Lifting techniques to handle items of various sizes and weights.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall logistics efficiency.
