Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring that products are picked, packed, and shipped correctly. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
• Process orders using our warehouse management system.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
• Operate various types of material handling equipment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics for speed and accuracy.
• Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Team player mentality and willingness to assist colleagues.
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles is beneficial.
• Willingness to follow Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
