Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our Washington, D.C. location. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, focusing on the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that every item meets our quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
• Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Identify and manage inventory levels and alert supervisors to shortages.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanning devices.
• Assist with inventory control through cycle counting and stock checks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the fulfillment center.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role is an advantage.
• Ability to perform tasks that involve regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
