This role is critical to our operations, involving the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with accuracy and speed. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient warehouse management and a strong focus on Safety .
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order slips.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and conveyors.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE , such as safety vests and appropriate footwear.
- Tasks will involve frequent standing, walking, and occasional Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency is helpful.
