Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer order specifications.
- Use RF scanners and other technology to identify, locate, and track inventory items.
- Ensure picked items match order details in terms of product code, quantity, and condition.
- Transport picked items to designated consolidation or packing areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all aisles and pathways remain clear.
- Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Wear and properly use all required PPE, including safety vests and footwear.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or operational issues to a supervisor immediately.
- Participate in training sessions to improve picking accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute positively to team efforts and assist colleagues as needed to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for the duration of the shift.
- Capacity for regular lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work efficiently and productively in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding and adherence to safety regulations and PPE requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
