Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Locate and retrieve products from various warehouse locations with speed and precision.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and descriptions against order details.
- Inspect items for any damage before moving to the next stage.
- Stage picked items appropriately for packing and shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, ensuring clear pathways.
- Participate in inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet daily productivity goals and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse roles is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
