Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced logistics team in San Francisco, California. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for meticulously picking items from our warehouse shelves and efficiently packing them for shipment. A strong commitment to accuracy, speed, and safety is paramount. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick required items from designated warehouse locations based on order details.
• Inspect items for defects or damage before packing.
• Pack orders with care, using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
• Label packages correctly with shipping information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
• Meet established productivity and quality standards.
• Communicate any order discrepancies or issues to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret pick lists and shipping labels accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Capacity for lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
