Job Responsibilities
Direct and oversee the entire sales process, targeting customers in line with the company's strategic objectives
Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the United States Navy market
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate value to customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; or High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
Deep understanding of USN procurement and related organizations such as ONR, NAVSEA, and NAVSUP
Knowledge of military C2, C5ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications
Must have clearance at SECRET level; or the ability to obtain a SECRET US Government security clearance within 12 months of the start date
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
Demonstrated business development and sales experience in autonomous military systems
Strong technical acumen and understanding of US Navy tactical communications challenges and solutions
Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
Strong communication skills
