Direct and oversee the entire sales process, targeting US Army customers aligned with strategic objectives Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Army market Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development Stay updated on market trends and contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate their value to customers What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience Prior US DOD military service with increasing levels of responsibility Deep understanding of US Army procurement and related agencies Knowledge of military C2/C5ISR/EW/SIGINT applications Must have clearance at SECRET level or ability to obtain one within 12 months How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field Proven track record managing complex accounts in military communications Strong technical acumen related to US Army tactical communications challenges Established network at Army program offices, commands, and installations Experience with MANET and/or radio solutions We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
