What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting customers within the US Army. Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Army market. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development. Build and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities using CRM tools. Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of MIMO-MANET solutions to effectively communicate value to customers. What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Prior US DOD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility. Deep understanding of US Army procurement processes and related organizations. Knowledge of military C2/C5ISR/EW/SIGINT applications. Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field. Proven experience in military communications and managing complex accounts. Strong technical acumen related to US Army tactical communications challenges. Established network at Army program offices and commands. Experience with CRADA formulation and execution.
