What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Direct and oversee the entire sales process for MIMO-MANET products within the US Army account
Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Army market
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions to inform business strategies
Build a robust pipeline of business opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Prior US DOD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
Deep understanding of US ARMY procurement processes and related organizations
Knowledge of military C2/C5ISR/EW/SIGINT applications
Must have clearance at SECRET level or ability to obtain it within 12 months
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
Proven track record managing complex accounts in military communications
Strong network at Army program offices and commands
Experience with MANET and radio solutions
Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
