What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee the entire sales process targeting customers in the United States Navy (USN).
Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the USN market.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development.
Manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities and update the CRM database.
Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate their value.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility.
Deep understanding of USN procurement and relevant military applications.
Experience leading all phases of business capture including proposals and strategic positioning.
Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field.
Extensive US Navy or Naval Special Warfare (NSW) experience.
Strong technical acumen regarding US Navy tactical communications challenges.
Proven track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions.
Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution.
