What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Direct and oversee the entire sales process for MIMO-MANET products targeting the US Army
Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Army market
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions to inform strategic positioning
Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Prior US DOD military service with increasing levels of responsibility
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
Proven track record managing complex accounts in military communications
Strong technical acumen related to US Army tactical communications challenges
Extensive experience and network at Army program offices and commands
Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
