What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Direct and oversee the entire sales process for MIMO-MANET products within the US Army account
Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Army market
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
Build a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database
Develop a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate their value to customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Prior US DOD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
Deep understanding of US Army procurement processes and military applications
Solid understanding of US DOD funding and procurement cycles
Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain one within 12 months
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
Proven track record managing complex accounts and influencing long-term procurement programs
Strong technical acumen and understanding of US Army tactical communications challenges
Extensive experience in military communications and strong network at Army program offices
Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
