What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Direct and oversee the entire sales process for MIMO-MANET products within the USMC account domain
Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the USMC market
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions to inform business strategies
Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college plus a minimum of 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 8 years of relevant experience
Prior US DoD military service with increasing levels of responsibility
Deep understanding of USMC procurement and relevant program offices
Knowledge of military C2, C5ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications
Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain one within 12 months of start date
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Demonstrated business development and sales experience in autonomous military systems
Extensive experience with USMC or Naval Special Warfare (NSW)
Strong technical acumen regarding USMC tactical communications challenges
Proven track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
