What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting customers in the U.S. Navy, aligned with the company's strategic objectives
Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the USN market while identifying new business opportunities
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
Manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database with forecasts
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Prior U.S. Department of Defense military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
Deep understanding of U.S. Navy procurement processes and relevant military applications
Experience leading all phases of business capture including whitepapers and proposals
Must hold a SECRET level clearance or be able to obtain one within 12 months of the start date; U.S. Citizenship required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
Demonstrated experience in autonomous military systems and US Navy tactical communications
Strong technical acumen and understanding of military C2, C5ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications
Proven track record in sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
