What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Direct and oversee the entire sales process targeting customers in the United States Navy (USN)
Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the USN market
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions impacting the company’s positioning
Build and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities and update CRM with forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
Demonstrated experience in autonomous military systems and US Navy tactical communications
Strong technical acumen related to military C2, C5ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications
Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
