Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, customer service, and financial targets. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and Domino’s operational procedures. Physical Requirements
Standing and walking for extended periods. Lifting up to 50 lbs. and pushing up to 7.5 lbs. Carrying, pushing, and pulling trays and equipment. Climbing stairs or ladders occasionally. Stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching repeatedly throughout the day. Qualifications
At least 18 years old. Valid U.S. employment authorization. Experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and time‑management skills. Ability to multitask, work weekends, and maintain a minimum of 5 closing nights per week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Excellent customer service, communication, and team‑building abilities. Proficiency with scheduling, inventory, and food‑order systems. Must follow Domino’s policies and respond to customer concerns promptly. Additional Information
