LOCATION NOTE This is an on-site position in the cities listed below, with local travel as required. We provide relocation assistance. If leading families toward a fundamentally different approach to education resonates with you, this position places you at the forefront of that shift.

Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Here, students complete core academic work in two hours daily through AI-powered applications. The remainder of their day is dedicated to real-world competencies—public speaking, critical analysis, collaborative challenges, and meaningful project work. No conventional lectures. No unnecessary assignments. Only accelerated progress and outcomes in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a reimagined parent partnership—and that is your responsibility.

As the primary representative of your campus, you will drive enrollment growth, build trust, and cultivate advocacy. You'll deliver compelling information sessions, establish meaningful community relationships, and transform curiosity into waitlist traction. Your responsibilities extend well beyond initial enrollment. You will serve as the central resource for families throughout their Alpha experience—responding to concerns, strengthening commitment, and developing parents into vocal advocates for the model.

This position offers significant trust and autonomy with tangible accountability. You will be based at a single campus, on‑site the majority of the time, producing measurable results—not simply executing a predetermined plan. If you recognize that most schools are underserving students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
