BD Lead | Metric Geo | Heavy Civil Construction
We’re working with a top-tier heavy civil contractor in Atlanta that’s looking for a
Senior Estimator
to support major infrastructure pursuits across the Southeast. This is a great opportunity for an experienced preconstruction pro who’s ready to lead bid efforts on complex transportation, water, or site development projects.
Lead detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and schedules
Maintain bid lists and vendor relationships
Coordinate bid delivery, documentation, and prequal packages
Interface with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Oversee DBE/WBE/MBE goal tracking during preconstruction
Review scope and pricing with subcontractors pre-award
7+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil or infrastructure
Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management (PE preferred)
Proficient with HCSS, HeavyBid, and PlanSwift
Excellent communication and organization skills
