$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr Role Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support a fast‑paced Talent Acquisition team. This role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring partners. Key Responsibilities Schedule candidate interviews across multiple teams Support recruiters with candidate activities and communications Maintain accuracy across scheduling tools, calendars, and tracking systems Coordinate logistics for onsite and virtual interviews Ensure timely follow‑up with candidates and internal teams Required Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator preferred (not mandatory) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Professional communication skills Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite schedule Seniority Level:
