PROGRAM DIRECTOR (DJJ Residential Experience Required)
Join Rite of Passage, a leading organization dedicated to improving the lives of youth. We are looking for an experienced Program Director to lead the Tampa Bay Girls Academy – Secure, a series of co‑located residential programs for high‑risk and max‑risk females aged 12‑21.
What you will do
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Rite of Passage program.
Manage site budgets and other expenses.
Provide leadership and oversight for the Human Resources Department.
Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, families, and partners.
Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
BA/BS in a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum four years of experience in residential facility management.
Valid Driver’s License.
Compensation & Benefits Pay : $100,000 Annually.
