What You Will Be Doing
Taking full ownership of parent relationships—from initial inquiry to sustained engagement—for a single campus
Delivering persuasive information sessions and individual discussions that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters
Acting as the primary parent liaison—addressing concerns, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels acknowledged and supported following enrollment
Establishing visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site presence, local partnerships, and targeted community outreach
Mobilizing parent advocates to expand referrals and strengthen community influence
What You Won’t Be Doing
Depending on scripted sales approaches or impersonal communication
Transferring relationship‑building responsibilities to campus personnel or operating from behind the scenes
Allowing organized parent groups to compromise or weaken Alpha’s educational approach
Working remotely or administratively—this position requires deep involvement in the parent experience and community presence

Basic Requirements
Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses, or be willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Roswell, GA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY; Brownsville, TX; Houston, TX; or Kirkland, WA.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making
Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD per hour, which equates to $200,000 USD per year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
