Director of Educational Strategy, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $400,000/year USD Join an innovative EdTech company dedicated to transforming education. This is a full‑time, remote role focused on building a high‑impact academic strategy for our 2‑hour learning model.

Base Pay Range $200.00/hr - $200.00/hr

You've shaped a clear academic vision and taken ownership of its results. You've led decisively, not from the sidelines. And when it comes to learning science, you're not experimenting—you've built something tangible, delivered outcomes that validate it, and earned credibility to present it publicly. If that describes you, 2 Hour Learning is seeking its academic north star.

At 2 Hour Learning, we've designed a model in which students learn at twice the speed in only two hours per day. AI‑driven tutors, mastery‑based progression, and a fundamental break from traditional classroom structures produce these results. The outcomes are remarkable. Now we need a leader who can align execution across varied school models, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the external voice of a movement rooted in rigorous learning science.

This is not a role for academic theory. It's a leadership mandate. You'll own the academic strategy in practice, establish clear standards, surface execution gaps, and coach high‑performing teams toward measurable outcomes. You'll convert our scientific foundations into operational rigor and articulate the case for this model to the broader world.

What You Will Be Doing

Designing academic frameworks that transform learning science into actionable guidance for curriculum, motivation systems, and app design.

Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams remain aligned, accountable, and results‑driven.

Synthesizing data, interviews, and observation into academic ecosystem reviews that identify the highest‑leverage barriers to accelerated learning and recommend actionable interventions.

Ensuring strategic alignment via planning, feedback mechanisms, and milestone tracking to sustain focus on student learning goals.

Representing 2 Hour Learning at the highest levels—from keynote stages to meetings with Ministries of Education—to drive systemic change in global thinking about education.

What You Won'T Be Doing

Working on isolated curriculum projects without driving systemic change.

Publishing abstract research disconnected from student results or operational execution.

Delegating accountability for performance to middle managers or external consultants.

Depending on brand reputation or theoretical frameworks to convince skeptical stakeholders.
