BPA Program Manager

provides enterprise-level oversight of the BPA vehicle, ensuring staffing readiness, compliance with BPA terms, and consistent quality and performance across all Call Orders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain BPA execution readiness and staffing pools. Coordinate with Call Order Project Managers to enforce uniform standards. Manage BPA-level governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with BPA terms and ordering procedures. Education and/or Experience

Required:

Minimum

10 years of experience

managing federal BPA or IDIQ vehicles. Work Environment & Schedule

Full-time enterprise oversight role. Remote with Government coordination as required. Security, Eligibility, and Compliance Requirements

Ability to meet Coast Guard background and access requirements.
