Spanish-Speaking Recruitment Consultant – LATAM Market (Miami, On-Site)
Package:
$70,000- 75,0000 base + uncapped commission (Base will depending on experience )
Are you fluent in Spanish and English, have a background in sales, and are looking to transition into recruitment while staying in a high-earning, performance-driven environment?
InterEx Group is hiring ambitious, Spanish-speaking Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Miami office. In this role, you will focus exclusively on the LATAM technology market. This is a 100% sales role, where you’ll be fully trained and supported to build your own book of business from day one.
You don’t need prior recruitment experience; we’re looking for people who already understand sales, targets, and relationship-building and want to apply those skills in a lucrative recruitment career.
Based full-time in our Miami office, you will:
Operate a full 360 recruitment desk (client and candidate management) with structured training
Develop and grow your own LATAM market across contract and permanent tech roles
Win new business through prospecting, networking, and building rapport within your market
Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
Source, qualify, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets with ongoing coaching and leadership support

What We’re Looking For
Fluent in English and Spanish (essential)
Be able to be on-site, 5 days a week in Edgewater, Miami
Previous experience in sales, business development, or a target-driven role
Competitive, resilient, and motivated by commission and progression
Confident communicator, comfortable with phone-based sales
Ambition to build a long‑term career in recruitment
