Spanish-Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant – LATAM Focus (Onsite, Miami)
Interviews taking place in December for a January start date.
Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 base salary + uncapped commission.
Role Overview InterEx Group is seeking driven, Spanish-speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding U.S. team. Based in our Miami office, you’ll work closely with the LATAM technology market, partnering with top-tier tech professionals and globally recognized organizations.
No previous recruitment experience is required. We’re looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, resilience, and ambition to succeed in a performance-driven environment. You’ll receive full, hands‑on training from day one.
Responsibilities
Receive full training on managing a 360 recruitment desk, including both clients and candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships within the LATAM technology market.
Generate new business through outbound sales calls, networking, and market outreach.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for contract and permanent positions.
Work toward weekly and monthly performance targets with ongoing coaching and support.
Specialize in a core market area such as Data, SAP, or CRM.
Qualifications
Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (required).
Highly motivated, competitive, and results‑driven mindset.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, sales‑focused environment.
Experience in sales, business development, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
