Overview

We are seeking a Design & Construction Project Manager to lead the workplace design and build-out of our real estate portfolio across the Americas region. In this role, you will oversee the design and execution of office projects, develop and maintain workplace design standards, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery. You will be accountable for delivering projects on time and within budget, while upholding our design principles and operational excellence. Responsibilities

Responsible for all the phases of Project Management activities, including, but not limited to, requirements programming gathering, budgeting and estimating, procurement of design, construction, and consulting vendors, cost negotiations, project implementation, performance/milestone tracking, reporting, commissioning, and project close-out. Facilitate the development of project design, plans, schedules, and budgets (including capital budget justification) for all assigned projects, including resource requirements. Incorporate inputs from partner teams such as IT, Physical Security, Admin and Food Services, and others into overall requirements and workplace outcomes. Analyze process and approval flows for all operationally related items to each assigned project and recommend changes resulting in cost savings. Attend scheduled owner/architect/contractor (OAC) and other project meetings, and create status reports. Perform punch list with contractors and the company’s facilities and end-user teams. Partner with Procurement, Cost, and Legal teams to ensure projects are managed within corporate processes and guidelines. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher with a focus in project management, architecture/design, construction, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience directly managing a variety of workplace design and construction projects in a fast-growing company. Solid understanding of corporate design and build standards and practices, including experience working with procurement, cost, legal, and internal teams. Tech TI construction experience, with knowledge of workplace design, workplace strategy, FF&E, lighting, acoustics, technology, and MEP and furniture systems. Working knowledge of CAD, Revit, and creative design software. Strong people skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, build strong relationships, and manage differing viewpoints and priorities. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%. Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in CAD, Revit, or creative design tools. Experience working in multinational or global corporate environments.
