Were looking for a Finance Manager to join our small but mighty team to support data-driven decision making across the business. Youll partner cross-functionally to support financial modeling and business performance analysis, while also overseeing the monthly financial close process in coordination with our outsourced accounting partner.

A successful candidate is equally confident modeling dynamic forecasts in Excel as they are reviewing GAAP-based financials for a fast-paced, inventory-driven DTC business.
This position reports into the VP of Finance & Operations.
This position is fully remote.
Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to forecast revenue, COGS, expenses, and cash flow across the business.
Support the annual budgeting process and partner with cross-functional teams to create departmental budgets and track performance to plan.
Analyze monthly financial results and business performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
Oversee the monthly close process in collaboration with our external accounting firm to ensure timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financials.
Own and improve key financial reporting packages, including board decks and investor updates.
Evaluate unit economics, margin trends, and product-level P&Ls to guide strategic decision-making.
Support ad hoc financial analysis including scenario modeling, investment decisions, and vendor negotiations.
Assist in systems and tooling decisions to support scalable financial operations.
Manage non-HR compliance requirements, such as business registrations, annual reports, and tax filings in partnership with our CPA.
4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting (experience with consumer or ecommerce businesses strongly preferred).
~ Deep proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with ability to both adopt and build dynamic reporting
~ Working knowledge of GAAP, financial statement preparation, and inventory accounting principles.
~ Familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools is a plus.
