Location and Travel This is an on‑site position in the cities listed below, with local travel required. Relocation support is available.

Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the parent relationship—from initial inquiry through sustained engagement—for a single campus.
Lead persuasive information sessions and individualized conversations that turn interested parents into dedicated advocates.
Act as the central parent contact—addressing concerns, strengthening satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels acknowledged and supported following enrollment.
Establish visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site presence, community partnerships, and targeted outreach.
Mobilize parent advocates to expand referrals and deepen community influence.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Rely on scripted sales methods or transactional communication.
Hand off relationship-building to campus personnel or assume a passive role.
Allow organized parent coalitions to override or weaken Alpha’s educational philosophy.
Operate remotely—this role is deeply integrated into the parent experience and local community.
Key Responsibilities Lead enrollment growth and retention at your campus by managing high-trust parent relationships from initial contact through sustained satisfaction and advocacy.
Basic Requirements
Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses, or be willing to relocate to: San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Roswell, GA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; New York City, NY; Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Houston, TX; or Kirkland, WA.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
