Director of Parent Engagement & Advocacy, Alpha Compensation:

$200,000/year USD (~$100/hr)

Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete core academic work in two hours daily through AI‑enabled applications, while the rest of their day focuses on real‑world competencies such as public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful project work. As the public face of your campus, you will spearhead enrollment growth, build trust with families, and transform parents into vocal advocates of the Alpha model.

This role requires on‑site presence at one campus, with relocation support provided if necessary.

What You Will Be Doing

Own the full parent journey—from inquiry to sustained engagement—at a single campus.

Conduct persuasive information sessions and individual dialogues that convert interested parents into dedicated advocates.

Serve as the principal contact for parents, addressing concerns and enhancing satisfaction throughout the Alpha experience.

Establish visibility and credibility through on‑site engagement, local collaborations, and purposeful outreach initiatives.

Mobilize parent champions to expand referrals and strengthen community influence.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Use scripted sales approaches or purely transactional communication.

Transfer relationship responsibilities to campus personnel or adopt a passive stance.

Allow parent coalitions to impose changes that weaken Alpha’s educational framework.

Operate remotely from behind a desk; the position is fully integrated into the parent and community experience.

Director of Parent Engagement & Advocacy Key Responsibilities Lead enrollment growth and retention at your assigned campus by managing high‑trust parent relationships from initial outreach through sustained satisfaction and advocacy development.

Basic Requirements

Live within commuting range of one of the listed campuses or be willing to relocate to one of the specified locations.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to build trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.

Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.

Students master core academics in just two hours a day, freeing up time for hands‑on, passion‑driven learning that prepares them for the real world.

Working With Us This is a full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week, long‑term position. It is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $100 USD/hour, equivalent to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is made weekly.
