Job Summary
Seeking a dependable and detail orient Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, specifically HR. The ideal candidate is energetic, resourceful, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include answering emails, calendar management and scheduling appointments, data entry, create and maintain an organized filing system- both physical and digital, data entry and document proofreading.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and collaboration.
There may be some assisting with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for basic invoicing and expense tracking.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office environmnt.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and Canva.
- Bilingual a plus but not required.
Hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 9am - 2pm with the possibility of becoming full-time after 6 months.
