Required Skills & Technical Expertise
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on research experience in a relevant biological research environment
Strong experience in molecular biology, virology, and immunology
Hands‑on experience working in BSL-2 and BSL-3 laboratories, including use of PAPR respiratory protection
Expertise in antibody titration and characterization assays, including
Hemagglutination Inhibition (HAI)
Neuraminidase Inhibition (NAI)
ELISA
Viral microneutralization assays
Experience with high-throughput immunology and virology screening assays
Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, including
RNA isolation
PCR
Molecular cloning
Experience with cell culture, viral stock, and vaccine stock production
Hands‑on experience with single‑cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) using the 10x Genomics platform
Ability to maintain detailed experimental documentation and prepare scientific reports and publications
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a research‑focused laboratory environment.
